American Bresse Chicken

As most of you know, The breed of chicken on our farm has been ever changing for the past few years. We have tried several breeds. With everything from leghorns to Cochin. From Plymouth Rock to Australorp and about any variation in between. We finally settle in on what we are going to breed and produce. Then true to form that’s right about when it all changed… enter the American Bresse Chicken. This chicken has built a solid reputation in France as top performer in terms of quality of meat.
